Sunday – Homemade Chili with Cornbread
Monday – Fiesta Taco Casserole
Tuesday – leftover chili
Wednesday – Sour Cream & Onion Chip Chicken, baked potatoes, veggies
Thursday – leftover taco casserole
Friday – tater tots, fish sticks & veggies
Saturday – pizza with Homemade Crust
The taco casserole & the chicken are new recipes–if they turn out I’ll post them. I’ll also post our pizza dough recipe later this week.
On a side note, does anyone have a good banana bread recipe? I have tried a bunch and none of them turn out–they always end up thick and or dry.
