So I never did post a meal plan last week and my week showed it. I ran to the grocery store 3 times. No joke! But I’m back on the wagon. Here’s what we are having this week. Next week, I’m using e-mealz. I’ll let you know how it goes!

Monday. September 12
B – MIC brunch
L – OUT – straight to grocery store after MIC
D – corned beef, sweet potatoes, steamed veg

Tuesday, September 13
B- egg & cheese biscuits
L- PACK – pb & j, string cheese & crackers
D- pan-fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, carrots

Wednesday, September 14
B- oatmeal
L- Mac n cheese
D- Girls Night — simple or out!

Thursday, September 15
B- egg & cheese biscuits
L- appetizers–cheese, crackers, meat sticks chunks, apple slices, olives, pickles,
D- pasta primavera

Friday, September 16
B- cereal
L- tuna sandwiches
D- fish, rice pilaf, steamed veg

Saturday, September 17
B- cereal
L- tacos with Spanish rice
D- homemade mashed potato & chicken bowls

Sunday, September 18
B- pumpkin pancakes, maple sausage
L- baked chicken salad with dried cherries
D- leftovers

Plus I need to pick up items for the man camp meal for Al. He will be camping with the guys this weekend. I’ll share it tomorrow :).

So I’m trying not to waste so much food…does anyone have any ideas for extra cooked noodles?
