This week is kind of a busy week. Hubby has a board meeting and a date with our oldest and this weekend we are having lots of guests. My step-sister is coming over on Friday night and my SIL is bringing my Goddaughter up for her birthday. I can’t wait to see her!

L- cheese quasadillas or grilled cheese & tomato soup
D- Black beans & rice w/sausage, asparagus

L- leftover beans & sausage
D- chicken noodle soup, better than red lobster biscuits {coming soon}

Thursday, 3.22
B- oatmeal
L- tuna noodle salad
D- hamburgers, noodle salad, asparagus, corn

Friday, 3.22
B- Banana Oatmeal Smoothie {will share if it’s good}
L- leftover tuna noodle salad
D- cod, risotto, veggies (2)

Saturday, 3.24
B- Oatmeal Pancakes {coming soon}, bacon
L- leftover chicken soup
D- lasagna (if my SIL doesn’t make it)

Sunday, 3.25
B- pumpkin chocolate chip waffles, bacon,
L- leftovers
D- corned beef dinnerself-brined brisket, potatoes, onions, carrots & cabbage Alton Brown Style. Yum!
