Ugh.   Today Lil’ Bit  woke up at 5am, sick and i woke up later feeling pretty crummy myself.   Bones feels fine so we think she and I ate something he didn’t yesterday.

Breakfast options this week:

  • LO waffles
  • greek yogurt & granola
  • oatmeal
  • eggs & english muffins

Lunch options this week:

  • Sandwiches (bought a HUGE sandwich at Walmart today – will feed both of us, twice!)
  • leftovers
  • eggs on english muffins
  • chicken salad on english muffins

Dinners:

  • Baked Ziti from freezer
  • SOS ($hit on a Shingle as it is known) – basically it’s ground turkey and lentils with one of those quick noodle packets over potatoes or bread – hence the shingle reference 🙂
  • Grilled chicken salad
  • stir-fry with sausage
  • meatball subs on homemade buns?
  • pizza

Does anyone have a good canned pumpkin recipe?   Preferably one that uses half-and-half?  I have some to use up 🙂
