A few weeks ago, I was virtual clothes shopping at different stores that sell quality clothing. I’m tired of shopping at Walmart or Old Navy and having the clothes only last a season. I wear classic clothes so there is really no reason to do that. In browsing around, I found that LL Bean has a GREAT Thursday AM markdown. This week they have a men’s windbreaker on sale for $15.00!
Also, Land’s End has a great clearance sale called Over The Counter, that starts every Saturday. The items are usually available in limited sized or colors, but there is usually a little bit of everything, including great quality basics. On Monday, that discount price is reduced another 25%. On Wednesday, 50%. And on Friday, 75%!
If you are looking for quality items at resale shop prices, here are two great places to check. It only takes a few minutes to scan the list and see if there’s anything you can use so it’s way quicker than trips to Goodwill or one of the resale shops.
