Happy Little Homemaker turns 7 this week (and I turn 35!) and in true hobbit style, I have a week of book giveaways for you again this year!
Today’s Blogoversary giveaway is a copy of The Didache Bible (NABRE). If you are a frequent reader, you may have seen my review of it a week or two ago.
This is my favorite Catholic Bible. It include information about each book, scriptural cross-references, maps and more. My favorite feature by far are the references to the Catechism of the Catholic Church as well as other key Church documents. It’s like a study course & bible all wrapped up in one easy book.
The folks at Midwest Theological Forum are offering a copy of The Didache Bible (NABRE) to one of my readers. To enter, simply use the widget below to enter.
Please note that the first question is mandatory–you must leave a comment. Thank you for your integrity!
Be sure to visit all week to get in on our other giveaways!
Good luck!

4 August 2015 at 9:43 AM (9 years ago)One of my favorite things is the commentary (?) where I can learn how words and phrases were used and defined during the time they were written. I enjoy – and find completely relevant – learning the historical context in which it was written, which enables me to better understand how it applies in today’s world.

4 August 2015 at 7:09 AM (9 years ago)I love the ease of reading in a Bible; such as a good font — such as the choice and size. That is a very basic “like”. But I would love this Bible to have the cross reference to the Catechism! I loved your review a few weeks back, and would love to win this giveaway 🙂
