Many times we picnic on a spur of the moment, especially when we decide we’d rather do that than eat out again when we are on vacation! At times like that, it’s good to have a list of items to purchase at the grocery store to make the picnic happen. Here is what we typically buy:
- Sandwiches (or fried chicken)
- Fruit/veg
- Side (chips, potato salad, etc)
- Dessert
- Drink (plastic jug)
- Utensils (plastic)
- Cups (Paper)
- Napkins
And we reuse the plastic grocery bag for garbage :).
If sandwiches or fried chicken aren’t doing it for you, check out these Picnic Menu Ideas.
What do you include in your spur-of-the-moment picnic lunches?
