We don’t have many traditions since Lil’ Bit is only 1-1/2 years old, but it’s important to me that we have some. Here they are, quick takes style:

1. Cider & sour cream donuts. Does anyone have a good recipe for these?

2. Visit heritage apple farm. We are going to try to grow some of these rare varieties from seed this year…wish us luck!

3. Attend a fall/harvest festival with hay ride.

4. Do the corn maze. Not in our budget this year, but maybe next year.

5. Decorate/carve pumpkins.

6. Watch the Charlie brown & Garfield Halloween & Thanksgiving specials.

7. Dress up for Halloween. I attempt family costumes, but I never think about it soon enough to do I low budget so she is on her own this year with an outfit grandma brought back from Vietnam.

8. All Hallows Eve, All Saints Day, All Souls Day. Holy Day of Obligation!!

9. Thanksgiving. Detroit loses & then we eat.
