I just read a fantabulous book called the No S Diet (thanks to Jen at Conversion Diary for letting me know about it). It’s really simple. No Snacks. No Sweets. No Seconds. Except on S-days (Saturday, Sunday and Special holidays).

I got it from the library on Thursday evening and finished it today. Lucky for me, it’s Saturday and part of a holiday weekend :). So today: S-Day!!
