Earlier this month, I shared that I meal plan to save money. Well, in order to save my sanity, I created my own weekly menu plan/meal plan printable. I had a similar one that wasn’t pretty & I got tired of having to find one page in one book to print more.
This new menu planning form has 5 rows. The first three are for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I have faint lines for each day so you can mentally think through the (old) food groups — meat, bread, fruit, veggie & dairy. There are two other boxes you can use for snacks, prep work for the next day, and/or schedule items that may affect mealtime.
Enjoy!
