stock-the-freezer-for-baby copy

Before I had the first, I never really thought about how tough it would be to cook and eat well with a newborn.   By the time my last came around, I knew better.   Since my last baby was a winter baby, my last stock the freezer list was a little different.   This time around, not only is the season different, but we eat a little more “real food” and are tending toward paleo (albeit very, very, VERY slowly).  There are a lot fewer dinner “recipes” and I’ll be relying on the grill and the crockpot (which I had to buy!) a lot more since I tend to cook differently in summer.

Just like last time, this seems like a HUGE list, but we are planning on building a garage with the help of my in-laws this summer and I’m sure that they will probably be around a lot — for at least a few meals a week.    I don’t want to have to do any major shopping or cooking while we enjoy our new baby and build a new garage at the same time.  YIKES!

I’ll be updating this list as I complete it.  We due sometime in June and so my goal is to have it done by June 1.
