self-books copy

So far this month, I have shared my resources for keeping on top of my relationships with God and my husband for 2013.   Today, I’m going to share my meager list for taking care of myself.   Why is it a meager list?   Well, frankly, everything else I want to read or do falls better under another category and I am here to serve.   Here are some things that are purely about me, however.

Books

Let. It. Go.  – This has been on my list since I got home from Allume, thanks to getting a copy in my swag bag and EVERYONE in the bloggy world seems to be talking about it.   In fact, one of the blogs I follow is doing a book study of it and I think I will boost it up the list and do it with them.

Fit for Eternal Life – This was recommended by another blogger and I finally got a copy at Paperback Swap.

10 Habits of Happy Mothers – I actually have 2 copies of this thanks to a survey from the local Catholic school system.

30 Days to Taming Your Tongue – I have a super bad habit of negative thinking and having no filter between brain and mouth.   Sometimes I can’t believe the things my husband says, but honestly, I am no better.  Probably worse because as an introvert who loves my home with few friends, I have little opportunity to work on it.   Any further suggestions on this topic?  Please!

I also have a ton of real food e-cookbooks and natural health books from the previous Healthy Living Bundle that I would like to dig into.   I plan on reading the occasional fiction novel and blogging.  My exercise goals will be met by going to the gym as soon as we are feeling up to it.   After the birth, by walking frequently and videos.   After that?  I can’t even think that far ahead.
