Wow, was last week a whirlwind!   I was at the Allume conference (formerly Relevent) and so last week, I was pretty much in the conference or in a car!   Some good progress on the goals, though, and I’ve been eating MUCH less sugar than normal.

Like I said earlier, I spent all week in a car or in a conference so I got NONE done.

Abs : none

 

Diet

Diet-wise, I was actually pretty happy with how I did.  I think I had a salad with both lunch and dinner every day of the conference.  I only wish I had gotten more fruit.  I love fruit!   Obviously, it was hard to get fruit on the road.

Juice: 0

Pop: 0 over goal

Choices over water: 0

Eating Out: daily
