I enjoy when we can get out of town and grab some dinner and a few drinks.

We recently went on a double date with a couple friends while the girls were at their grandparents. We all talked and laughed for over four hours. It was wonderful!

My favorite date night is simply going for a bike ride by ourselves!

My favorite date is any date we get to take!

Our normal date days include a meal out, then our monthly grocery shopping stops. Not romantic, per se, but it’s the time spent alone together that I love! 🙂

When we were dating sometimes we would take a ride around the countryside. I still enjoy doing that

My favorite date with my husband is when we can just walk around the mall and grab a coffee and talk. We always end up talking about the kids and plotting and planning but it is so much fun!

Forgot to add my favorite date: my absolute favorite date is when we had a couple’s photo shoot. It felt like a date with the paparazzi following us around. We had so much fun, and were so focused on each other. It brought out our playful side. I plan to do it again sometime. 🙂

I love simple dinner dates with no kids. Ya know, the ones where you can talk about anything, all the stuff you don’t get to hear on a normal day, but often end up talking about the house and kids ;o)
