Last week was interesting.  My lovely 4yo ended up getting sick (in the literal sense) Monday evening so my meal plan last week got sidetracked a bit as she’s been terrified to eat anything lest she throw up again.   Toast and chicken soup for a week!   Finally ate some pizza on Saturday and freaked out Saturday night.  Poor little thing was so traumatized she STILL insists she feels like she’s going to throw up.   I REALLY wish my kids had not inherited my anxiety issues.

Anyway, to make a long story short, you will see some repeats of my menu from last week.   Oh, and I did make the corned beef from scratch.  Oh. My. Heavens.   Sooooooooo good.   I don’t think I’ll ever buy corned beef again.   And the hash I made for dinner?  YUM!!!

Monday, 3/26
B – leftover waffles, bacon
L – leftovers
D – corned beef hash, eggs

Tuesday, 3/27
B – crackers w/PB
L – potato-bacon torte (coming soon if yummy)
D – black beans & rice w/sausage

Wednesday, 3/28
B – smoothies (freezer)
L – LO torte
D – pea soup for Al; Homemade Mashed Potato Chicken Bowls (like KFC) for girls and I

Thursday, 3/29
B – crackers w/PB
L – grilled PB & J
D – ham dinner, potatoes (freezer from Christmas), corn casserole, veggies, garlic cheddar biscuits (coming tomorrow)

Friday, 3/30
B – smoothie
L – tuna sandwiches, tortilla chips, fruit
D – fish sticks, tater tots, 2 veg

Saturday, 3/31
B – Oatmeal Pancakes
L – LO ham dinner
D – Spicy Spaghetti, garlic toast

Sunday, 4/1
B – eggs, american fries, bacon
L – LO spaghetti
D – fried rice & turkey egg rolls
