I love to make a big deal out of birthdays. Probably because I *NEVER* had a birthday party as a kid. Compensating & all that :).
One of the ways I keep my sanity & save money when planning parties is to keep track of theme’s used. It’s helpful to see if I might have a banner or extra decorations stashed somewhere.
