I have been incredibly inspired to be creative lately.   I guess since I can’t BUY stuff (being “broke” and all), I feel the need to MAKE stuff.

I’m IN LOVE with this winter party birthday banner that I was motivated to make by Myra.  You can find the directions for the banner at Kingdom First Mom.

It’s huge.    It’s like 12 feet long.   Maybe longer.

But its super cute!

And up close.  Mine was much cheaper than Myra’s.   $4.50 tops.   $3 in 12×12 paper (12 sheets) and a roll of ribbon.   For the letters, i printed & cut out huge ones.   Took forever, but was much cheaper.

I also made these:

I got the idea from Kelliegh Ratzlaff Designs via Life as Mom.  Not as cute but better than I had before!

This is such a cute idea! I will be having a big birthday bash this coming weekend for my two little boys and am trying to stay within a tiny budget. Thanks for the tip!
