Hey it’s yo-yo week!


This Week (4/4/2011):  160.5

Last Week (3/28/2011):  159.5

Change:    +1 lb (5 lbs total)


Considering I didn’t exercise at all (unless you count hauling luggage from parking garage to hotel in Chicago) and I ate all the way there and back (I’m a TOTAL boredom eater).   I about had a heart attack though when I got on the scale this AM — my scale is freaking out and it first told me 166.0.   And my initial thought was I’ve been yo-yo-ing all year, there is NO WAY I gained 7 lbs.   And then I tried it again and it was much more reasonable.

But no travel or other weird things this week, so hopefully things will go better.
