Change:  -2.0 lbs (5 lbs total)

It’s amazing what happens when you put just a smidge of effort in.   If I had the discipline to really rock it, I’m sure I’d be where I wanted to be in no time!   I didn’t follow my eating plan as much as I’d like…I’m sure I had a few sweets in the middle of the week and a pop, too.  But I went to a Divine Mercy conference with a bunch of ladies this weekend and so snacking was non-existent.   AND I got to exercise twice!   This is the first time I think I’ve exercised since I started writing these Mamavation posts.   Woohoo!!!

    Awesome! 2 lbs is a solid and healthy loss.

    Yes, having the temptation of snacking taken away is a huge help for me also. Keep up the exercise and have another fabulous week. I can’t wait to hear how you are doing next Monday.
