I pretty much finished as scheduled. I had a bean soup mishap involving the water boiling out which was a bummer because it smelled awesome! I had more leftovers than anticipated the last week of January & so I cooked most of it last week.
I used up a lot but I still have a LOT left. We will be moving this year…the house is for sale & we might be going south (again). Either way, we need to eat all the lovely pastured cow and pig we bought before we move. Needless to say, this might be the end at Life As Mom, but it’s just the beginning for us!
