I guess the biggest thing for me was that is was a very elementary book. It’s filled with the kind of things that I found independently 10 years ago – flylady, etc. and so it really wasn’t very useful to me. The other reason I only gave it a two was because she didn’t do a great job (in my opinion) connecting the chores and stuff to the glory of God and I didn’t really think it was worth dedicating a whole book to it. Just my opinion… I’m sure others might feel differently.

Thanks. I have a couple of her other books and I liked them but they were like the same book just re-worded and that’s why I was “iffy” about getting the others in the Life Nurturing Love series. I think Scott Hahn is the writer of the family lol. I LOVE all his stuff. Thanks for the review! I am going to check into some of the others you rated!
