   I was curious about why the Kimberly Hahn book was 2 stars to you? I haven’t read it but was thinking about it. I am curious about your opinion so I can know whether I want to read it. Thanks

   I guess the biggest thing for me was that is was a very elementary book. It’s filled with the kind of things that I found independently 10 years ago – flylady, etc. and so it really wasn’t very useful to me. The other reason I only gave it a two was because she didn’t do a great job (in my opinion) connecting the chores and stuff to the glory of God and I didn’t really think it was worth dedicating a whole book to it. Just my opinion… I’m sure others might feel differently.

   Thanks. I have a couple of her other books and I liked them but they were like the same book just re-worded and that’s why I was “iffy” about getting the others in the Life Nurturing Love series. I think Scott Hahn is the writer of the family lol. I LOVE all his stuff. Thanks for the review! I am going to check into some of the others you rated!

   I, too, enjoyed The Silent Governess when I read it a couple of months ago.

   I just finished The Hidden Flame myself. Great series!

   I’ve read some of DeMoss and Peterson, but not those titles.
