You know you are not feeling well, are broke and bored out of your brain when you’re watching QVC and start to covet an iron. Yes ladies, an iron. The Rowenta 1650 Watt Focus Iron w/ Microsteam 400 Hole Soleplate to be exact. I actually started dreaming about ironing Al’s shirts, pressing table linens and having freshly ironed sheets on the bed. He doesn’t wear very many button-down shirts. I might need to iron the collars of his batiks in summer, but that’s about it.

Having said that, QVC is evil. It makes me covet things I wouldn’t normally be coveting (hello, an iron?!?!). I could add shirts and jeans and lounge suits with rhinestones & studs (my apologies to all Quacker Factory fans) and christmas music box eggs to the list.

On the flip side of that, they do have some great looking quality pieces of clothing and jewelry that I have been looking for on there. I feel a little schitzo today.

I fit into my pre-baby jeans today. Whoo-whoo! Maybe I should get my kahki’s and such out and see if I can get those on, too!

Is there a legal reason that life insurance companies will only accept personal checks by mail as payment for premiums? I had two bills come due and neither will take payments (via check OR debit card) by phone.

I just got my Bumikins product to review! I can’t wait to try it out and show you what I got and what I think of it 🙂 Initial thoughts…soft, fuzzy, do they make it in adult sizes?

Cute nursing gear – Bravado has some really cute (I don’t know if you’d call them sexy) nursing camisoles. I haven’t looked at their bra’s lately…will have to do that shortly before new baby gets here. Their stuff is really good quality, but very expensive. Good luck!
